If it could be done, I would think the mated king would have to be in a corner square, and the bishop would have to be giving check on the long diagonal that includes that square. But the king on the side that has the bishop would be either on an edge square, two squares from the defeated king, or in on of the two interior squares straddling the bishop's diagonal. In any of these situations, the lone king still has a safe edge square it can go to.
So my provisional answer is No.
