Chess and flu don't mix

I must appologise to my recent opponents with whom I've resigned early in my games. I cannot concentrate as I have a really bad case of the flu, I don't recall ever playing so poorly and have just been making moves without even looking at the board.

Don't want to sound like a mom, but get some Ginger Ale, Chicken Soup and other fluids in you...

I also think spicy foods help... red hot steamy Chilli!
