I dont want you to give me the ecuations and stuf that is complicated since I figured that out on the internet already. I just want to know:
Do you play a tournament every weekend to rate players?
Every game that you play in your club is rated unless you preffer not?
How do you divide levels, A=1800+, B=1800-, C=1200-, or else?
Wich rating do you give to new players?
And other things that I may have overlooked that you know would be great help.
I was thinking in making a 30 games per player tournament with the players that we have until now, so they have a non provitional rating.
Then I was thinking about a rated tournament every month.

Can I get that here in Dominican Republic?
I’m sure the Dominican Republic has a national organization. Go to the FIDE web site above and see if your country has a national organization. If so, the contacts will be listed. They should be able to help you.
