I think that after c6, light-squared bishop will become a problem:-) It is probably just matter of taste - white loses tempo with Bb5, so black should be fine. Although if black player is dumb, nothing can save him: Game 517247😞

Rapidly balding? I have a preternaturally thick and lustrous mane of hair. I have hair to spare. When I get my hair cut, wig manufacturers come from miles around to collect the detritus.
