although i dont think it should, i think it is more deserving than some of the so called sports that are already part of the olympics,

And while we're on the topic, I'd like to see several events REMOVED:

Trampoline (I mean seriously.. why not just play tag?)
Handball (Soccer for people with two left feet)
Rhythmic Gymnastics (a.k.a. the Cheerleader Olympics)
Shooting (at least fencing and boxing require you to move!)

oh... and one more thing... the way gymnastics is judged should be evaluated... after all, if you can fall COMPLETELY off the apparatus and still get a 9 out of 10, what do you have to do to get below 9? Not show up?
