Chess Tactics Server Fission?

Anybody know what's going on with CTS? It seems to have two different addresses, the original one (http://www.chess.emrald.de/index.php) has a rating graph. The new one (http://chess.emrald.net/) doesn't. My password works on both, although they're two separate pages.

perhaps one is a beta or something?

I'm guessing the .de site is for testing, or just an old version that has been abandoned.
