Hi folks,
I'm currently playing with Chigorin's Defense:
1 d4 d5
2 c4 Nc6
and I'm looking for any advice on resources to help me.
ChessCafe has two items:
Chigorin Defense CD for ChessBase by Martin Breutigam
Chigorin Queen's Gambit by Angus Dunnington
Has anyone used either of these and can recommend either? Or does anyone know of any particularly good web pages on it or have personal reflections on the opening?
Thanks,
Paul.

(1) Using the MCO-14 (or other versions) to check out the positions that the opening can transpose to, and asking yourself if u can understand and play these positions well.
If u feel u can handle the positions well, go on to a book for the explanations.
Just my personal opinion 😛
Thanks a lot 😀
