Don't you need a rating of 2500 minimum to be called GM after all the wins are tabulated?
Her rating is now 2485, ANYONE but Magnus would LOVE a rating that high but I wonder if she WAS over 2500 briefly and lost some game to go down a bit?

I believe you're right about the criterion of having been rated at least 2500. According to https://ratings.fide.com/profile/4641833/chart, her FIDE rating was most recently over 2499 in October 2018.

I am not sure about ratings. What pushed her into the GM bracket just recently was having placed 2d in a major tournament, defeating a GM to do so, and not for the first time. These are supplementary criteria to whatever the ratings criterion may be.
