How do you punish an opponent for not castling and moving the queen too many times in the opening?

How about saccing a pawn and a bishop to train 4 pieces on the defenseless king?

(mate in 2)

Edit: I could have done it a move earlier, I know, but it was blitz and I didn't see it.

What about 9. Bxg7 or even 9. Bxf7+?
And as you say, both 13. Nxc6+ and 13. Nxf7+ work as well.
