not two, but close (and just a few days ago):

    [Event "GCS 3 0"]
    [Site "GCS"]
    [Date "2007.03.01"]
    [Round "?"]
    [White "johnnygold"]
    [Black "Wulebgr"]
    [Result "0-1"]
    [WhiteElo "1531"]
    [BlackElo "1847"]
    [PlyCount "6"]
    [EventDate "2007.??.??"]
    [TimeControl "180"]

    1. Nc3 d5 2. f3 e5 3. g4 Qh4# 0-1

Of course, I immediately added my opponent to my no play list.

I played a really interesting game recently (can't find the PGN right now) that went:

    1. f4
    1...e5
    2.fxe5
    2...d6
    3.exd6
    3...Bxd6
    4.Nf3
    4...g5
    5.h3
    5...Bg3#

Does anyone know the official name for this checkmate position?
