Disappearing stars

My stars have vanished.
I've not had any communication about renewal.
Any ideas on where they might have gone?
Who stole my stars??

Cancelling good and long-standing subscriptions was a thoroughly unpleasant experience - but there was not way to transfer them - so unavoidable, unfortunately.
