I made the last move because I somehow convinced myself that my rook was already on f1 since my plan was to get my rook to the seventh rank I needed the open file. After this error I promptly resigned 😞
Anyway after 28.Rf1 h5 29.h3 and 30.g4 I have excellent chances.
Edit: darn pgns don't work like they used to.

I was gonna message you, but I figured you'd catch it.
It's a pretty good game. I can't stand this much theory. That's why I play the Slav Exchange with white.
Book theory goes like this ... Black buys Winning With X (Opening) and wins. ... White buys Beating The X and wins the next match. ... Black buys Play The X and wins the 3rd match. ... White sees the latest GM game, repeats it and wins game 4. ... Black sees the game too (later), uses an engine to analyze the opening and wins game 5. This goes back and forth over and over. The two keep buying books and learning the latest "theory", and neither one ever plays chess.
I've been caught in this trap myself many times. (I'm not saying it happened to you.) It's just one of the reasons I don't play the main lines of the most popular openings if I can avoid it.
As for the title, don't try chess at 6 AM. LOL Anything after 12 hours awake shouldn't be played rated. The same players that you beat with a cheapo hours ago will begin to look like Tal and Morphy. 🙂

I don't much like theory either but you have to know it if you want to beat players stronger or equal in strength to you. I only go out of book in a serious game if I find a decent enough move that won't will allow good play even if the opponent know what he/she is doing. The main problem I have with "book" lines is I often get shoved into a type of game I don't like... Ie the one above.
