Draw?

I played black in this game. After a long deliberation, I agreed to a draw. Was this right? Is there a way to promote the e pawn? Any insight would be greatly appreciated.

Nxd4 looks strong to me, as white can´t get his king near the trailing pawn.

1.Bc3 and it will probably be a draw due to that white has 2 versus 1 pawn on the king side.
