I do not know. I guess there are ways to cheat at nearly everything. Blood packing may aid a player.

I never have seen anything on it so? every other sport has such concerns i think chess should too.

Yes, it did. Check this as the example: http://chessbase.com/newsdetail.asp?newsid=566. However I'm not sure if all pro sport rules can be just mechanically applied to chess. Chess are much better with coffee:-)
