I'd submit that, as a general principle, the move order 1. d4 f5 2. Nc3 g6?? -- which I just did, god help me, is pretty close to 1-0 on the spot...

(I think technically, the PLAYER is allowed to make comments on games in progress, as long as they don't solicit comments from others...)

I don't know much about the Dutch Leningrad, but any opening named after a Russian city probably scares me, those Russians and chess, argh, scary stuff. . .

I've seen a lot of pictures of St Petersburg (Leningrad), Russia. Indeed, it does seem like a beautiful place, but I've heard it's hit some rough times since the Soviet Empire fell.
