I was playing my friend some blitz on yahoo several years ago. He asked me if I knew what in pasionts was? and i said no. So he moved his pawn 2 squares forward, I took en passant and he's like what???

You said you didn't know what it was, and i'm like O, you meant en passant. Of course my passed pawn won the game 🙂

I honestly had no idea what he was talking about. We were playing like 15 min each side, it was the ending so we had around 4 minutes left, and we were talking about something, it was on yahoo, so we were chatting and moving, and then he asked me if i knew what it was.

I can't recall the exact spelling but I thought he was talking about so sort of fruit or maybe a french word because the spelling was really wrong so no I didn't do it on purpose.
