You recently made a claim about non-native English speakers being prone to cheating or something similar. Care to tell us more with English Tal's ban? What is English Tal's OTB rating?
What I will say, in his defence, is that I believe he played fairly against me and was not using any engines.

Wow, I didnt see that one coming - I even respecfully resigned a game against him recently because I was certain he was a human.
Although, we did analyse a game in the forums where he got a 100% engine matchup - that sort of thing is a bit of a giveaway.
With this news, I think I am probably the only player left in the championships who will survive.

The only "game" in this variation for black was a test line of the author of my book versus Chessmaster 4000.
The author won that game.
English Tal found a crucial improvement and busted me. 🙂
I never considered myself 2200 strength, so I just thought it was a regular beatdown.
It may in fact be. I haven't really analyzed it that much.

19. ... Bb7 is a significant improvement and brings the whole line into question. (It also makes me question some of the NM's analysis in the book. He did do a great job, considering that the book covers every single variation.)
Here is a variation which I ended up transposing into, if I'm not mistaken.
19.Bc5+? Kg8 20.Re1 Bb7! 21.Re7 Qf8 22.Rxd7 Qf6! advantage to black.
I haven't used the Belgrade as much (if at all) since this game.

15.Bd3!? or 15.Be3!? "interesting" may be the way to go, although they too don't look that great.
Is this the bust to the 13. Bc4 variation?
If so, there is always 13.Qg3 ?! or 13.Kd1 !? (they too may have their difficulties.)
