FICS and else

Anyone from here plays blitz on FICS or other similar servers? What is wrong with their rating system. 1250 players there plays better and with less blunders 5 or 10 minutes game, than the 1250 players here with days per moves and timebanks. My own rating there is barely 1200 and here it is no problem to win someone with 1400 or more. I know that are different styles of chess, please don't remind me, I know that. But chess skill is a chess skill. How are your fics ratings compared to rhp? In a one month game here , 3 days per move you can easily beat 1200 player because of dropping pieces, than a little bit of tactics, obvioussly forks and skewers... You don't have to think to beat them. But there in a 5 minute game you can't do that, they are much more skilled

there's nothing wrong with the fics ratings, it's just different metrics. 1200 on fics is far stronger than 1200 here, on average. but then again, there are 1500's here who are 400 pts stronger than me on fics. I would imagine 1200 rhp players scored usually around 700-800 on fics.

Ok then, I was worried about my fics rating, it looks very poor. So I hope that my imaginary OTB rating would be more than 1200 !
