Insulted when they try the scholar's mate, certainly. The fools mate can't be "tried" on anyone, you have to make the two stupid pawn moves that turn you into it's victim.

If someone trys the Scholars mate attack on me I'm normally pleased - it's a good sign. The only annoying factor is that it can take 30-40 moves to finish them off and dead games can be unhelpful in game management.
Yes, I'm usually annoyed (better description for me), but I usually get happy quickly since I can develop quickly and chase the queen around the board, so to speak. π

Most likely they don't really expect it to work, but are happy moving their queen out early anyway.

Annoyed is a good description of what I feel when that occurs. I'm like, are you kidding me? But you're so right about chasing the queen around the board...
