Though around thirteen hundred correspondence, if there were a RHP blitz rating, I'd probably be around 1700 blitz, since I frequently beat 1500's and 1600's, sometimes even 1700's. Then again, maybe they aren't playing as seriously because it isnt rated.
They don't want you to brag in the forums about how crappy a blitz player ABC with a rating of 1700 is that they get beat up by a 1300 player.

Being rated high isn't as cracked up to be as it may seem. I once thought 1300s knew a lot about the game. now that i have touched 1800 I realize how much I don't know and also knowing a lot sometimes bores me of the game. You know when your lost or even wehn you have a hopeless position. the wonder of the game is gone.

Don't give up.....
I met a guy tonight who said he was good.
I crushed him.....he may never play chess again....
1300 is nothing to be ashamed of.....
just imagine when you are 1800.
Originally posted by chesskid001could be the 1700's you've beaten were 1100 blitzers. there's no way to know until a blitz rating system is implemented. it's a totally different game. blitz is about not dropping material, and CC is about how to win when your opponent doesn't drop material.
