I am new to this site and i see that ironman31 holds the number 1 spot here at RHP. From his rating i'd say he's been top for a long time. I was just wondering, for those who have been here for a long time, who was the number 1 before ironman31 and before that etc...and has anyone dominated the top spot like he has?

Some Guy named Xenophobe, not the same xxxenopobe we have now, used to be the top dog. He was also quite an interesting character.

I seem to remember Tebb, currently number 3, also spending some time as the dog on top.

Edmond Dantes is a previous incarnation of Ironman, for sure...
But anyone remember Icarus? He take upon the legend, got the 2nd place (touching the sun) and then abruptly felt down... crazy thing.

Also Freddie..... if you truly want to know.... analyse their games...... you will find that they are extremely closely matched in moves, move order and openings. Thats not a concidence

satri_tar_1 was the first front-runner I remember at the site. I think he had a rating of something like 1650 when he was on top!
