Fritz 17

Hi, I have Fritz 17 and I bought a Fritz Trainer Disc. I've installed it on my hard drive, but it doesn't play. I seem to remember these discs have to be played via Fritz but I cant figure out how to do this.
I'd be grateful for any help.
