What does engine vs. engine strength matter to anyone other than the engine manufacturers (who use it as a sales tool) and people playing engine vs. engine matches?.....
i am interested in seeing which engine can get the highest rating using the second best level of computer hardware.
this engine must play against opponents "better" than it and still get points.
