Edit: I think this is probably why the guy was banned: http://www.redhotpawn.com/core/viewpublicgames.php?p1name=jetmir&p2name=jetmir+sinaj&showgamescode=A&Search=Search
I watched an interesting video on youtube the other day where a guy (who wasn't a very good chess player) played a simul vs 9 masters and ended up with an even score.
Of course the gimmick is that he mentally paired 4 white ones with 4 black ones, and played their moves against each other. So when he was board A as white, he was playing the masters move on board B, where he was playing as black and was playing the masters move from board A. No idea how he drew vs the last one.
I thought this would be real easy to do on correspondence chess, since we play multiple games at once. Someone could play vs very high rated people, and proxy them to medium rated people, and climb the rating charts very fast. They would lose vs the very high rated people but the point hit would be less than the win vs the medium rated people.
Or they could play with one account on RHP and one on Chess.com.
Does 3(b) cover this? Obviously we don't want people doing it.
