I've heard that said where games against players of my caliber are won by blunders. I know that's true but I didn't really know how much until I looked at one of my games I won where I thought I played well in an engine. Not only did it show his blunders that I was able to exploit but that I should have come out even better. Really an eye opener to see just how much you miss.

in a way it's true but not always... Vipiu has a game where the winning tactic was too complicated for fritz to find. I have one that was far too positional for an engine (I still enjoy running the game through fritz and beating it over and over again 😛).

You say that as if player of your(our) caliber (and my rating is around 1360 as well) is actually any good. us 1300's suck! 😀

Some odd things about this game in particular for me at least were that it was our 9th game. First one that I won. I also thought about 13. Nxe5 for a good while. The engine picked it up in a snap. For some reason when someone offers something for free I'm skeptical.
