GM victor moskalenkos new book on the fabulous budapest gambit.does it favor black in the book?has anyone read iy came out in 2007 by new in chess. you can get it on amazon or USCF website . please comments about the oppening budapest gambit or the book the faboulous budapest gambit.

a great book by GM victor . I play solely the budapest gambit against d-4!how many others play the budapest gambi?.oh the variation I play is the black jet varation. and early g-4.that is all i will tell you about this varation of the budapest gambit.

the GM your talking about rules. i wish he played on this site.are you talking about the farawitz gambit 3. ne-4. budapest is unsound to me. 3. n g-4. so i play the grunfled.against d-4.

I have the book and use the Budapest Gambit as my main defense against d4 OTB. The book is excellent and gives many useful ideas and lines. The BG is a good choice for those who don't want to have to memorize a lot of theory in the various Queen pawn openings, want to open the position quickly rather than play closed positions and for surprise value - most White players are unfamiliar with it in any depth.

I ordered this yesterday from the Book Depository for £10 new.
