Can somebody please explain how I've lost this game. I realise that my last move was pretty poor but I'm not even in check.

Ermm... what? Your last move was in my opinion the best move in that position. And it says that black (you) won.

You won it, because the other person resigned. No way to protect their queen and figured they couldn't go on.
