i was playing my good friend John Ewunda again, and despite him whipping me all the time, i thought i fianlly had him in this one.

i cant decide whether it was good defence on his part or screw-up(s) on mine.

would appreciate thoughts and analysis on where i went wrong from all you rhp-ites.

cheers

chris

4... taking the d pawn would be better...you just dropped that pawn after the queen trade...

11...Bf6 followed by 12...Bc3+ is good

other than that you have to be more careful about u're opponents threats. when they move a pieces think to yourself why did he move that piece and what is he threatening.. and before u make u're move think to u'reself what would my opponent play after i make my move....

u should study tactics... and check out....

18...c5 would have saved the day. anyway pretty wild game. you were little careless at the end.

how about 11. ... Bh4! and his pieces will be blocked into the lower right corner.
And as Jusuh correctly mentioned, 18... c5! would have saved you.
