Nice kingside attack! Your opponent made it slightly easy for you by not taking it seriously until it was too late, and missing that his rook was pinned and hence not a good defender, but your play was solid and coherent. Well played!
You played an excellent game. I was a bit worried about your d-pawn early on, but it didn't matter that it was slightly weak. You attacked hard and fast, without any wasted moves and White made a couple of inaccuracies which made your job slighly easier than it might otherwise have been. I think 12. ... e5 was my favourite move - White's position looked very unsteady once he lost his f-pawn and your queen + bishop started bearing down on that diagonal.
