How do I save to PGN?

Ok, so I was playing on a chess site (instantchess.com) and I played a good game and was able to see the pgn format. All I could seem to do was copy and paste it, how do I convert it to a .pgn file? Currently I am using BabasChess and I wanted to view the PGN in that program.

I will paste it here just in case for some reason the window gets closed before I can figure it out.

(BTW I timed out and my opponent had insufficient material to mate so it was a draw)

Great. Didn't go through it, but great.

Create a text file like *.txt paste the gamescore into the file and then change the extension to .pgn. If you can't see the extension of the file you have to open my computer go to tools folder options view and look for the option hide extension for known file types.

Paste it into notepad, use the 'Save as' option and set 'Save as type' to 'All Files', then put '.pgn' at the end of the filename.
