I just finished a game where I was well ahead and just playing it out with no complications. Until I set myself up for a knight fork which would win my Rook and he would win the game. My opponent didn't see it and I went on to win. When this happens I feel like the game is filth and it should just be cancelled or something. Of course my games are full of blunders and missed tactics but I don't see those. I don't think I am explaining this right but but maybe someone else can. 😕

every now and again i will see a move my opponent missed...
this is part of the game, like time management...
it has happened to you, it has happened to them, and those folks over there...

if you really feel strongly about it, you COULD resign...

or, play on...

Chess games need not have time contraints.

You're right, it just always reminds me how weak I really am. 😞
