I've been trying to conform it, but it's not working. 3.Ng8 is certainly an impossible move. As is 10.Qe3d2 [the Q is not on e3!].

If combined, no.
Separated 1. f4 or 1. g4 can be quite interesting weapons (but, especially with 1. g4 you should know what are you doing.)
