How fast do you move really?

Lately I've been moving almost immediately. My game load has been a bit much for me to handle with my busy schedule, so I don't have time to analyze as thoroughly as I like. I've only made a few crushing mistakes, so it hasn't been a huge problem for me thus far.

my personal record is the game which lasted 43 moves and I spent 13 seconds, averaging ~0.3 seconds/move. My opponent ran out of time but it was forced win for me anyway.
