As for the actual position (which took about 5 minutes to load on a 56k modem), I assume you are playing white. You are a piece down, I fail to see any appearant way of catching up, and you have a quite nasty position otherwise as well, so I say the position is more or less lost. But if you want to keep fighting, I suggest keeping the pieces on, rather than exchanging and more or less instantly trying to stir up complications / attacking the opponent's king. If you sit back waiting, or passively exchanging pieces, black can surely win the end game.
