After 1.e4 e5 2.d4 Qh4?! white can play 3.Nd2 (with Ngf3) and get advantage.

Are all these top-GM's lucky that they don't have to play against you!

How does that win anything for black after 3.Nc3 or 3.dxe5 or 3.Nd2 or 3.Qd3 or 3.Bd3 (not to mention all the other gambit-like developing moves) ?

Clearly that's a mistake after Qxe4+. However, most players will not make that move, and will instead play something like Nc3 which will render Qh4 useless.
