Who plays it? Good results? It looks interesting...anyone got some good lines for black?

Yes, it is buckets of fun. The only thing I can recommend, and I do it with caution, is Schiller's "A gambit repertoire for black". Check the lines yourself with fritz or something before you play them, but other wise it is great fun.

I'm not sure how good it would be with slow time controls, but I've played it in bullet games and it was loads of fun. Wikipedia says 3...c6 is more common.

I like it a lot. Very fun. Watch out for counterattacks on black's kingside though if white can fend off the initial attack.

I've had good results with the Icelandic Gambit in blitz. If you don't buy any Eric Schiller books on principle, you might want to look into "An Opening Repertoire for the Attacking Player (2nd ed.)" by GM Keene and IM Levy.
