IM vs Akizy...

Jean Herbert vs Akizy in a clan challenge...should lead to two interesting games..

I'd put my money on two draws or a win or two for Akizy. Seeing as Jean Herbert could only draw against meman, I can't see him doing any better against our no1 player.

edit: Just realised the confusion of IM maybe being mistaken for Ironman..sorry 😳

Two draws. Most games between two similarly skilled players at high level end in draws.

Well, both players chose a very sharp sicilian:
1 poisened pawn variation, and one "najdorf-e5/sveshnikov-ish" thingy.

Both very sharp, so it seems both want to go for a win. 2 draws? With these openings a lot can happen for both colors. They really chose to fight for it.
