Does any one else use this software? A few issues come up from time to time that I'd like to discuss.

I don't know about it, is it an interface for chessbase's informants? I thought they came in pgn format, am I wrong?

I do. It does not use chessbase. Chess Informant is a different product with a different user interface. I have the entire collection of chess informants (100) in a single database.

Do you have other publications, such as opening monographs? Do you use CIR or CIE or both? Have you had any problems?

I have most of the first 100, which I bought in smaller sets, i.e. 41-75, 98-100, etc.

The software lacks some of the features of ChessBase, but I've been using it longer ad still like it.

Yes, I do.
I also have the Enciclopedia of Chess Openings but not opening monographs.
I do subscribe to New In Chess - the best chess mahazine without a doubt.
Are you happy with the CI user-interface? I don't like it at all...
