Is there a market for a chess short story

I never thought of myself a writer, but do have lots of ideas for short stories with tournament chess as the subject. Is there a market for such stories? If so, who would one contact to get them published?

I've had a few published in chess magazines but they have to be pretty short.
They will not, unless you are famous name, serialise one.
