I had to do the sac to stop losing a peice. I fell for the cambidge springs trap yet again. (I have no idea how to deal with it) Anyway does white have any chances at all?

For what it's worth, Fritz thinks the position after 13... Kxf7 14. Bxc4+ Kf8 15. Qf3+ Nf6 16. e4 Qd8 17. Qf4 Qxd4 18. Rfd1 Qxc4 19. Rd8+ is equal. But there is a lot of play in the position, the outcome depends mostly of the players' skills. Too bad your opponent timed out, if you could have made the sacrifice work you would have won a much more satisfying game I imagine.

Well he hasnt moved for ages. So I clammed the win. Also I thought I might be losing as well. Do you think I am a coward? Also I was tempted by the fact that I would get my rating as that was my 5th game.
