I'm getting sick of playing 30/30 games against the weaker players. I have yet to have someone above 1400 to accept a game, therefore I don't think I am being challenged too much.

Needs some better players.

I would accept but I am horrible at blitz, as my rating over there shows, so I wouldn't be much help to you 😞

Me too, but I play 30/30 and higher, closer to OTB. Right now, I am rated 1450, but that may be because I have only played 1000-1200 and go up 2 for each win 😛

Join a few banded tournaments or start a few Open Invites.

That's true, but it's the only place I have found where I can practice OTB and judge how I'm doing. RHP Blitz doesn't let me see overall how I am doing.
