On 23...Bh6 I discard my bad bishop for his good one.
Then I use the good knights to menace white's pawns, forcing 41.Nxd4 (if 41.Nb8 black can win a pawn with ...Nc8, 42.Nxa6 Nxb3, 43.Nb8 Nd2).
On 43... I should have played 43...Nc1 and white can't defend all d3, e5 capture and Nxb3 threats. I ...[text shortened]... it but somehow forgot about it.
Then again, I should have played 44...Nc1 instead of 44...a5.
