If the players have a rating of less than 800 I'd go for the guy with a rook.
If the players have a rating between 800 and 1400 I bet on a draw.
If the players have a rating between 1400 and 1600 I would bet on a draw and know why.
If the players have a rating of more than 1600 I will tell you the result after 48 moves, but likely...

I disagree. He could do a google search and come up with the same answer 30 seconds later. And he could consult a chess book that will tell him the answer.
