They turned down Trump who offered 25% over the value of the land, I doubt they will treat any other offer any differently.

No, it is supposed to be a place where the terrorists can be validated so that we can reach resolution. Once the terrorists are validated and their terms for surrender have been met, then the new building of peace will achieve its goals.
