i know it can be done and i've seen it done. how many of you can mate with a bishop and knight starting with the other king in the middle of the board? how did u learn how to do it? just trying it in general or a book?

I think this was illuminating:

it's easier to work it out backwards, starting from the final position. so you'll know what kind of positions to aim for.

I wouldn't get caught in that it's almost useless to know how to mate with KNB, take it as a puzzle and it'll be fun.

great site i learned it really fast i'm pretty sure i can do it now.
Is there something similar for QvR?
