click on the 'advanced options' and the min/max rating fields will become visible.

I think you can do it after you stop being provisional, but don't treat that as reliable information.

Ha, the Goose opening! I've seen a lot of weird openings around here (and I'm too conservative to try them out, except the Hammerschlag) but not this one.
