If his rating is inflated, that should only benefit you as his opponent...

I am having a hard time understanding why you're bring up this player in the forums. Did he do something wrong? He looks like a hundred other players.

His reasons for playing on RHP may be different than yours or mine. I don't see him on the boards bragging about his rating, so I won't fault him. He likes playing against low rated players, eh...there are worse things in the world.

I am not dumb, I just don't care. There are probably hundreds of inflated ratings on RHP are you going to make a post every time you find one? Who cares. Why do you care? Does everyone have to authenticate their rating by approving it with you?
