What is that draw percentage, 25 in 368 games so far, is that average?

I play openings that tend towards a result & mine is 7% so I assume that's a fairly low draw ratio.

It is low on RHP because it is lower in amature games then GM games

it's low because when patzers like us draw, it's an accident after multiple missed wins on both sides. when professionals draw, it's because neither of them was able to wrestle a big enough advantage from the other.

5.4% for me.

I think a part of the explanation is also that amateurs also play for a win in a position they should only try to hold. I have done it a lot of times myself, playing with more than you have, ending up losing.

I also think a part of the explanation is that masters have an ability to "pull the brakes" when things start going bad, so rather than intensify a battle, evening it out.

So all of that said, can we see a corrolation between draw percentage and ratings? Like I have a low draw ratio, under 7% and my rating is only about 1550 ish. Can it be said the higher your draw ratio the higher your rating is likely to be?
