I'm looking for IM/GM games that demonstrate total space domination and the elimination of any possibilites of the opponent. Does that make sense? I guess I'm pretty much looking for Karpov-esque games...

I don't have any specifics, but Karpov, Petrosian and (depending on the game) Ivanchuk are masters of that sort of thing. Kasparov also played a few, but no definite ones come to mind.
www.chessgames.com probably has lots if you check out those players.

Have a look at the games of Michael Adams. Kasparov described his style as python-like.

This game sticks out in my mind, because out of the blue Short just marches his king up the board to deliver mate in the black king's home court, and black (Timman) couldn't do anything about it. A brilliant finish and a remarkable conception.
