OK... I think I already know the answer to this one... and I searched the old threads but couldn't come up with anything... so....
Can you win a King + Bishop Vs. King endgame?
Or is this game a draw?

On your second: It is entirely up to you to decide and I will not make any more comments related to a game still in progress.

why not just save them the trouble and tell them that the game is a draw. Black will never be able to force a mate. Even with the pawn on the b file there are simply no mating possitions. Similarly white cannot make black move the king out of the way so that white can advance the pawn and promote it. The black king will stay on b6 with the white pawn on b5. Just the white king and the black bishop will shuffle around achieving nothing.
Bc5 forces the draw since it forces the white king onto the 3rd rank alowing black to take the pawn with the king on the next move. Thus a draw by insuficient material

even with full cooperation its IMPOSSIBLE for anyone but white to win this, and unless black was really stupid and let that pawn get by that isnt going to happen.
to say we cant discuss this is like saying we cant discuss the way pieces move because someone might have a game going that has pieces in it.
